I process personal data only insofar as this is necessary to provide this website and the services offered. Processing takes place on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
3. Hosting (Cloudflare)
This website is hosted via the Content Delivery Network (CDN) of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When the website is accessed, Cloudflare automatically records server log files (IP address, date/time, page accessed, browser type). This data is not merged with other data sources. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and efficient operation of the website).
Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Further information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
4. Contact form, "Share your voice" and voucher request (Formspree)
The forms on this website (contact form, "Share your own voice" in the Testimonials section, and the voucher request) are processed via the Formspree service (Formspree Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #9773, Walnut CA 91789, USA). When you submit a form, the data you entered is transmitted to Formspree and forwarded from there to my email address.

7. Duty of confidentiality & session documentation (client conversations)
Independently of this privacy policy, everything you share with me in our conversations is subject to my professional duty of confidentiality as a grief companion. The content of our sessions is not passed on to anyone without your explicit consent.
As part of grief companionship, conversation sessions may additionally be recorded with your explicit consent. These recordings serve solely for internal documentation and allow me to be fully present during the conversation.
